OUR RETURN POLICY

All products shipped from our facility are considered final sales. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective and appropriate evidence is provided.

Return Conditions

1. **Defective or Damaged Items**: If an item has a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** and provide photo or video evidence. We will assist you in filing a claim with the manufacturer.

2. **Packaging Conditions**: The outer case, box, or packaging is primarily for protection during transit. Minor scratches, dents, or discoloration on packaging do not qualify for compensation. Manufacturer approval is required before any replacement can proceed.

3. **Return Process**:
- Returned items must remain in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
- Processing time may take up to **30 days**.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

1. **Transit-Related Damages**: While we take precautions such as bubble wrapping, sturdy boxes, and secure sealing, we are not liable for damages incurred during shipping.

2. **If You Receive Visibly Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items**:
- **DO NOT unwrap the products!**
- If the exterior packaging is visibly damaged, take detailed photos **before opening** the package.
- An **unboxing video** is required, clearly showing the package sealed and the damage.
- Opened items **cannot** be processed for claims.

3. **Minor Imperfections**:
- Any fine spots, scratches, printing flaws, or surface texture issues that are not visible from a **30 cm distance** will not be considered for return or exchange.
- Due to the nature of magazines, **minor corner curling, bending, folding, or slight tearing** during delivery is not considered a defect.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

1. **Refund Policy**:
- Refunds apply only to the product(s), excluding shipping costs.
- If the return is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), original shipping fees will be deducted, even if the order initially qualified for free shipping.
- Returns due to undeliverable addresses, absence at delivery, or refusal of delivery will incur a **15% restocking fee**.

2. **Processing Time for Returns**:
- All exchanges or refunds will be processed **after** we receive and inspect the returned item(s), which may take **up to 30 days**.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Missing Album Contents

1. **Final Sale**: Once shipped, all albums are final sales. If your album is missing contents, you must contact us within **7 days of delivery**.

2. **Replacement Process**:
- Before requesting a replacement, you must provide a **full unboxing video** showing all items in their original, sealed packaging.
- Processing times for replacements may take **1 to 4 weeks**.
- If the item has been opened and no evidence is available, we may still request a replacement, but it **is not guaranteed**.
