Click & Collect

Customers can pick up their orders from our Sydney KPOP Store, conveniently located near the University of Sydney. To use this option, select "Click & Collect" at checkout.

- For pre-order items, please disregard the "ready within 24 hours" notification, as this only applies to in-stock products.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order. Standard shipping starts at $8.89 AUD (for a single album). The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via Australia Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery across Australia.

Domestic Shipping Timeframes

- Metro Areas: 2-7 business days
- Regional Areas: 5-14 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post’s schedule.

Order Processing & Dispatch

- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-orders and out-of-stock items will take longer to ship, as we wait for stock availability.
- While we aim for fast processing, delays may occur due to high demand or supplier schedules.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at info@kverse.com.au before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery details.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

- If your order contains pre-order or out-of-stock items, we will hold the entire order until all items are available.
- If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders.

Delivery Delays & Missing Parcels

- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first.
- If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@kverse.com.au so we can assist you.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its delivery status. Updates are provided directly by Australia Post.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:
- If damage is visible upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package and asking the courier to return it to us.
- If damage is noticed after opening, please email us at info@kverse.com.au with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you.
